Are you being intentional or busy today? This is a question many of us know we should ask from time to time, but we avoid it.
Being intentional means there is a “why” behind doing something.
We choose healthy food options because we want to take good care of our bodies.
We schedule our appointments because we want to avoid burnout.
We say no because we must be aware of how we are managing our time.

Stress! It seems to be everywhere. We live in a high-paced, high-stress culture that celebrates burnout and scorns resting. Recently I was having a conversation with an employee about the planning I have done around my life. I don’t do stress or stressful situations well, so I have to be mindful of how I am using my time.

For the past month, I have been learning to endure in personal fitness. A long time ago, I made exercise a priority twice a day. I would complete 15 to 20 minutes of cardio and finish the workout with weight training. Needless to say, life happened.
