Tapping into the many issues of mental health, Sauls focuses her audience on maintaining a healthy balance between spiritual, physical and mental aspects of life through God’s word. As a certified Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator, Ashley has assisted numerous families in recovering from life’s challenges.

“Instead of becoming trapped in a bubble of negativity which perpetrates despair, I work with my audience to overcome the trapped way of thinking by focusing on strategies to incorporate into an everyday life of blessings,” stated Ashley Sauls.
