AUSTIN, TX –Ashley Sauls, author of Morning Motivation, will be presenting The Effects of Thoughts on Daily Experiences at the 15th Annual Central Texas African American Family Support Conference in Austin on February 26, 2015. For 15 years, the conference has provided information and education to families and the community regarding substance abuse and mental health issues.
Tapping into the many issues of mental health, Sauls focuses her audience on maintaining a healthy balance between spiritual, physical and mental aspects of life through God’s word. As a certified Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator, Ashley has assisted numerous families in recovering from life’s challenges.
“Instead of becoming trapped in a bubble of negativity which perpetrates despair, I work with my audience to overcome the trapped way of thinking by focusing on strategies to incorporate into an everyday life of blessings,” stated Ashley Sauls.
